Phobos was once a Nightsister named Ohzee, but she was taken from Dathomir and trained in the ways of the Dark Side by Darth Sidious. Sidious renamed her Phobos, an allusion to fear, which she weaponized during her time as a sith.
In The Force Unleashed game, Darth Phobos appears as a Force vision created by Darth Vader to test Starkiller's resolve. Her fighting style relies on instilling fear and exploiting psychological vulnerabilities.
